You’ve probably heard of Kegel or Kegel exercises, in which you work the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles of the pelvic floor through a series of contraction and relaxation exercises. To understand how these muscles feel when they’re engaged, try stopping the flow of urine the next time you go to the bathroom. After you cut it, let it flow, cut it again, and then let it flow again. PC muscles, stand in front of a mirror and use it to lift your testicles without using your hands.
